Data Deletion

Email shunya0chakra@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request – Shunya Chakra”.

Send the request from the email address used with Shunya Chakra where possible.

• Your full name.
• The email address used for the waitlist, booking, ticket, or support request.
• Only the last four digits of the relevant mobile or WhatsApp number.
• Any booking, ticket, or waitlist reference that will help us find the record.

Never send us a password, OTP, complete card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credential.

We may ask for limited additional information to confirm that the records relate to you. This protects personal data from being deleted at another person's request.

After verification, INCEPT EVENTS will complete deletion or anonymisation within 30 days and confirm completion by email. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within seven days, follow up at the same address.

We will search the Shunya Chakra systems we control and delete or anonymise personal identifiers that are no longer required. We will also stop optional communications and record any WhatsApp or marketing opt-out needed to respect your choice.

Limited payment, ticket, admission, security, consent-revocation, and audit records may be retained where reasonably required for accounting, law, fraud prevention, safety, disputes, or to ensure that an opt-out remains effective. Where feasible, direct identifiers in those retained records will be removed or replaced.

This process covers information controlled by INCEPT EVENTS. Razorpay, Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other independent services may keep information under their own legal obligations and privacy policies. You may need to use their privacy controls or contact them separately to request deletion from their systems.
